Child minders
You can still employ a registered child minder but you do not qualify for any financial assistance from the CAF. You must also pay all the child minder's social costs.
Yes you can, but you cannot have any financial assistance from the CAF.
As soon as you declare your child minder to the URSSAF, the French Social Security System (health insurance, sickness, unemployment and retirement benefits) will cover her/him.
