Whistleblowing - Reporting misconduct

Are you a victim or witness of misconduct, (including inappropriate behaviour, breach of the Code of Conduct, conflict of interests, harassment or fraud) and want to report it to the competent body for investigation and a response?

In accordance with CERN's whistleblowing policy, you may use the CERN whistleblowing line, a secure platform to report, in good faith, any suspected misconduct that could affect CERN or its working environment.

Otherwise, you can also contact directly the following bodies who are responsible for handling your report and for triggering a formal response to the alleged misconduct (investigation, administrative and disciplinary action).

If you are not comfortable with the reporting procedure, and if you need to get more information, help or support before filling a complaint or reporting misconduct, several response channels may also provide the support you need.
